ShadowAI – AI Governance Decision Assistant

Drove the 0-1 product lifecycle from market research and problem definition through PRD, prioritization, workflows, implementation, testing and roadmap planning for an AI governance platform.    Designed two core modules: Safe Alternative Recommendation for policy-approved AI usage and Governance Resolution Intelligence for unmanaged AI discovery, risk assessment, investigation, human decision and audit. Defined personas, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and product metrics, translating requirements into a working platform with RBAC, policy enforcement, exception workflows, integrations, analytics, notifications and audit trails. Made product trade-offs around human-in-the-loop governance, explainability and policy enforcement, while defining future directions for SSO, integrations and risk intelligence.

Cohort Discussion Module - EdTech Platform

Analyzed learner discussion journeys to identify engagement gaps and repetitive mentor effort. Evaluated multiple solutions - Duplicate Question Detection (AI), Smart Search, Peer Learning, Real-Time Discussions prioritizing highest-impact features for the MVP using a user-value/effort framework. Designed discussion workflows and documented PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cross-functional handoff, reducing repetitive mentor workload.

Tonight - OTT Movie Discovery Platform

Designed a cold-start onboarding flow to address first-time user drop-off, replacing broad recommendation lists with a mood-based selection model; analyzed the onboarding journey to prioritize MVP improvements. Authored a complete PRD covering problem statement, user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics; validated the concept with a clickable prototype. Presented findings and trade-offs through a structured product strategy, connecting user research directly to feature prioritization decisions for design and engineering handoff.
