Agreement

By accessing or using ResumeON, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts

• Job seekers may sign in with Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, or email OTP
• Employers must use a company email address and email OTP; personal domains are blocked
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You must provide accurate profile and job information

OAuth sign-in

If you sign in with Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn, you authorize that provider to share account information with ResumeON for authentication and account linking. You may revoke access from your provider account settings, but you may lose the ability to sign in with that provider until you reconnect.

Imported profile data is provided for convenience. You are responsible for reviewing and updating information before publishing your profile or applying to roles.

Acceptable use

You may not use ResumeON to post misleading jobs, scrape data without permission, harass users, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Matching & AI features

ResumeON provides AI-assisted job structuring and candidate matching as decision-support tools. Match scores and AI outputs are not guarantees of hireability or job suitability. See our Disclaimer for additional limits on hiring outcomes and user content.

User content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit, including profile details, job posts, and messages. ResumeON is not responsible for incorrect or misleading content posted by users except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

ResumeON is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hiring decisions, data loss, indirect damages, or losses arising from fake jobs, impersonation, or off-platform interactions. See our Fraud & Scam Alert and Disclaimer.
