Employment Management System

I built an Employee Management System using NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and JWT authentication. The system includes separate HR and employee portals, role-based access control, attendance management with face recognition, and a leave management workflow where employees apply for leave and HR can approve or reject requests. The project helped automate employee attendance and leave management while improving data security and access control.
