Owned the end-to-end product design lifecycle for the Returns module—from discovery,Problem Framing, Research, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, usability validation, to developer handoff improving process completion from 52% to 75%. Also assisted in migration of other ERP module from 2.0 to 3.0. – Reduced QA validation time by 2–3 days by creating comprehensive design documentation, implementing Storybook, and improving collaboration between design and engineering.
