CI/CD Pipeline for Microservices Deployment on AWS ECS Fargate

Deployed a microservices-based application consisting of a Node.js backend and React frontend as separate containerized services. Created Dockerfiles and containerized the backend and frontend applications to provide consistent runtime environments. Created separate Docker Hub repositories for backend and frontend container images. Configured separate AWS CodeBuild projects to retrieve source code from GitHub, build Docker images, authenticate with Docker Hub, and push the images. Used buildspec.yml files to define pre-build, build, and post-build commands for automated image creation and publishing. Created ECS task definitions and services for frontend and backend workloads and deployed the containers using AWS Fargate. Verified that both ECS services reached 1/1 running task status. Built separate AWS CodePipeline workflows for backend and frontend with Source, Build, and Deploy stages. Generated image definition artifacts for the ECS deployment stage.
