ResumeON ("we", "our", "us") provides an online hiring platform that helps job seekers and employers discover, connect, and evaluate opportunities. We are a technology service provider, not an employer, recruiter, placement agency, or guarantor of employment outcomes.

No guarantee of jobs or candidates

ResumeON does not guarantee that any job seeker will receive an interview, job offer, or employment. We do not guarantee that any employer will find a suitable candidate, fill a role, or achieve hiring results within a specific timeframe.

Listings, match scores, rankings, and AI-assisted suggestions are informational tools only. Hiring decisions remain entirely between job seekers and employers.

User-generated content

Profiles, job posts, messages, and other content on ResumeON are submitted by users. We do not independently verify every detail, credential, salary claim, company affiliation, or statement made by a job seeker or employer.

If a job seeker posts incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unlawful information, or if an employer posts inaccurate job details or misrepresents a role, that content is the responsibility of the user who posted it. ResumeON is not responsible for user-generated content except where required by applicable law.

Losses and reliance

You use ResumeON at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeON is not liable for financial loss, missed opportunities, reputational harm, hiring mistakes, fraud by third parties, or any other damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information found on it.

Third-party links and services

ResumeON may link to third-party websites, OAuth providers, or external tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or services.

Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform without notice. Information on ResumeON may contain errors or become outdated. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
