No. Applying and browsing jobs on ResumeON is always free. Paid plans are optional passes for career tools.

After you publish, your shareable link is resumeon.com/your-name using the username you choose on ResumeON.

Plus, Pro, and Max are prepaid passes, not auto-renew subscriptions at launch. You buy a 1 month (30 day) or 3 month (90 day) pass. Prices shown on the pricing page include 18% GST.

Yes. A higher plan starts immediately and remaining time on your current pass is converted using the monthly price ratio. Downgrading to a lower plan while a higher one is active is blocked until the higher pass ends.

You return to Free entitlements. We do not delete your data. Extra resume versions above the Free limit become hidden and read-only until you renew.

Paying job seekers can freeze their pass once for up to 90 days (for example when you land a role). While frozen, paid tool allowances behave like Free until you resume.

Share your short link from Plans: resumeon.com?ref=your-public-username (the same username as resumeon.com/your-public-username). When 3 new job seekers join on the Free plan through that link in one India calendar year (IST), you earn 1 free month of Plus. You can earn up to 3 free Plus months per year (9 qualifying referrals). Limits reset on 1 January (IST).

No. Only new job seeker accounts on the Free plan qualify. If someone uses your link but purchases Plus, Pro, or Max instead of joining on Free, that signup does not count toward your referral rewards.

No. It is a limited promotion with annual caps per job seeker. ResumeON may change or end the program. See the Pricing Policy referral section for full rules.

Pause is free. It removes you from employer-side search on ResumeON: talent directory, matches, and related outreach. It does not take down resumeon.com/your-name unless you separately choose to hide your public page.

Hide public page is a separate setting from pause. Pause affects employer discovery inside ResumeON; hide controls whether your public profile is shown and indexed.

Checkout rolls out behind a feature flag. When billing is enabled, you pay with Razorpay (UPI, cards, and other methods Razorpay supports). Until then, plans on this site describe what will be available at launch.

Yes. ResumeON is GST registered. Invoices are generated for successful pass purchases with GST split on the receipt.

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of payment and you have used less than 10% of the credits included with your pass, you can request a full refund. See the Refund Policy page (linked in the footer under Legal) for how we measure usage and how to apply.
