SMS Routing MCP (AI Ops Product)

• Shipped an MCP (Model Context Protocol) product that converts natural-language intents (e.g. “move 50% traffic from JIO to Vodafone”) into safe production SMS routing updates—eliminating manual YAML edits. • Implemented tool calling, intent parsing, weight recomputation, diff generation, and a preview → confirm → apply pipeline with guardrails before mutating production config. • Reduced SMS routing change turnaround by ∼60%; framed success around operator speed, error reduction, and change reliability.

Cancer Detection with Supervised ML

Built a breast cancer classification model using Random Forest with cross-validation; achieved 96.4% accuracy and strong generalization on held-out evaluation.
