RAG Chatbot over Telecom Standards (3GPP)

Built a hybrid retrieval pipeline (BM25 + dense embeddings with cross-encoder reranking) to answer natural-language questions grounded in dense 3GPP standards documentation. • Wrote regex-based clause detection from scratch, debugging directly against real PDF structure rather than synthetic test data. • Designed and shipped a working end-to-end system as a technical assignment — prototype to deployed, usable tool.
