SpotX AI Agent – Autonomous Digital Signage Management System

Built an independent AI agent for the SpotX digital signage platform that creates playlists, adds content, and configures loop schedules through backend API integrations, controlled via natural language commands. ● Leveraged GPT-5o to power a conversational reporting module, enabling users to query real-time signage analytics such as face detection counts, gender-wise (male/female) audience breakdown, and most-played content/playlists. ● Engineered data retrieval pipelines to fetch and process analytics from the backend database, converting raw signage data into actionable, query-ready insights. ● Designed the agent to handle end-to-end signage operations — content management, playlist/loop creation, and reporting — through a single conversational interface.
