Solar CRM System
Designed and developed an enterprise-grade Solar CRM system aimed at managing the entire lifecycle of solar installation projects—from lead acquisition to post-installation customer support. Key Modules & Contributions: Lead Capture & Distribution: Integrated Facebook Webhooks and WhatsApp APIs to capture lead data in real time. Implemented a Round-Robin distribution algorithm to allocate leads fairly to state-level supervisors. Smart Dynamic Documentation Module: Developed a state-aware PDF generation tool that automatically tailors required legal documents according to individual state regulations. Integrated dynamic digital signature and stamp placement (for owners, supervisors, and vendors) directly inside PDFs. Inventory & Installation Tracking: Worked on the 'Inwards' module to manage solar equipment inventory alongside real-time tracking for installation milestone updates. Post-Sales Ticketing System: Built a robust ticket management module to handle maintenance requests.
