Redesigned a core interaction layer for Claude by Anthropic to address user trust and transparency in AI-generated responses. Identified through research that users lack clear signals to assess the reliability of AI outputs, leading to over-trust or unnecessary doubt. Designed "Clarity Mode" — a proactive confidence signaling system that surfaces response reliability, source context, and uncertainty indicators within the chat interface. Delivered end-to-end UX including research synthesis, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
